ฅ՞•ﻌ•՞ฅ Hi girlies!
Internship season is coming to an end for many students, and we are wishing you the best as you wait to hear about a potential return offer!
Receiving one is exciting, but not receiving one does not mean your internship was unsuccessful. You still gained real-world experience, developed new skills, completed meaningful projects, expanded your professional network, and learned more about the type of work you may—or may not—want to pursue.
Take time to update your résumé and LinkedIn while the details are still fresh. Write down your accomplishments, save nonconfidential examples of your work, ask for feedback, and stay connected with the people who supported you. You can also request a recommendation or ask whether they would be comfortable serving as a future reference.
A return offer is only one possible outcome. The experience you gained can still help you secure your next internship, scholarship, fellowship, leadership role, or full-time opportunity. Be proud of how far you have come, and keep building from here.

Wo not need to be the loudest person in the room, but people should know that you are engaged.
